Watching Live Feeds + Recordings as a Viewer in Teradek TV

This video deos not explaining the entire workflow. So what needs to be in place at the other end where the shooting is taking place for this to work? e.g., teradek transmitter/receiver, running some kind of proprietor App on the recorder at the shooting site, does it need a streaming HW/SW to be able to access the location remotely, special computer etc.?

Recordings should be available in reverse or chronological order as a filmstrip under the live camera feed(s). Buried in a separate tab makes a lot of friction for getting to them. In favor of separate tab for reviewing lots of recordings but there needs to be less friction for live/playback switching.
