Fun fact: Roxanne was originally going to appear but the movie not having too much of a bigger budget she was replace with Mona to be Max’s girl is because her long red hair was difficult to animate in CG

I honestly am glad to see someone else love this film as much as I did, seeing as I’ve heard not many people liked this film. This movie and the first one were the first Christmas films I watched as a kid, along with the classics Rudolph and Frosty, so they hold a special place in my heart. Especially this one since it came out in 2004, which is the same year I was born. So, thank you for giving this movie a chance, and I’m glad you enjoyed it.

Having rewatched this movie, I can honestly say that I still enjoy it! It’s got heart, it’s entertaining, all the things that the previous film has. A great follow up!

Oh I'm glad you saw this Christsmas movie, it was one of my fav as a child, I enjoyed it a lot.. my fav parts were about Mickey and Pluto, and Max and his dad

I remember watching this a lot on Disney Channel, ABC Family (now Freeform), and the late Toon Disney as a child. This always brings back a lot of memories in Christmas for me.

I've only seen this movie maybe once or twice in my whole life, but I remember the trailer for it being on a lot of my childhood Disney DVDs!! Having seen it again through you, I think it's pretty cute. Some of the CG definitely looks out of date, but there are other instances where it works pretty dang well for the characters. If I had to personally rank them from best to worst, it'd have to be the duck nephews' story, Pluto's story, Minnie and Daisys' story, Donald's story, and Goofy and Maxs' story.

You know, it's funny, a lot of people really don't like this sequel. I do at least agree this is a downgrade from Once Upon a Christmas as these shorts don't have nearly the same impact, but I remember watching this on a limb and still enjoying it regardless.

I don’t love the CGI in this movie. In terms of CGI, these characters definitely look better in the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse era and beyond. But it’s still good nonetheless.

I recently watched this and the first one back-to-back and while I don't think that this one is terrible, it also doesn't really live up to the original. The original had fewer stories, cute animation and a lot of heart while also having great messages, like the Gift of the Magi story for example. This one just feels commercialized, cheap and maybe even a little mean-spirited while also having a lot of things that don't make sense. Also the humor is pretty weak for the most part, and it having five stories doesn't really work in my opinion because all of them feel way too short and again, with confusing messages/things that don't make sense. Overall, I think the original is a lot better, but I still watch both and this one definitely has its moments. (Like the nervous tick line for example 😂).
