The scene where Blacula is correcting the expert on where the African artefact necklace really comes from is where Black Panther took the scene from when Killmonger corrects the white woman in the museum that the artifact is from wakanda and not nigeria.

They should have made a third movie like “Bride of Blacula” where he finds his queen from the first one and my man gets to have a happy ending or “Blacula vs Dracula” where he finds and gets revenge from the vampire who turned him. I don’t know 😂 this was a missed opportunity. Reaction is always on point. Your edits killed me on this one 😂

@@SistaGurlonFilms Yeah because they cant do that properly anymore. Blacula made its point in TWO scenes in two movies and went on the rest of the story. Blacula being manipulated by dracula taking advantage of his attempt to stop slavery because dracula wanted another victim then in the sequel how disgusted he was seeing how some are imitating what happened to the ancestors by doing it to our own. Which while good was also clever because that's exactly what blacula himself is doing turning people into vampires who become slaves to his will or command. Depth not lecture the whole story around it by people who dont know how to entertain and even write a story and characte on superficial issues.

Forgot to mention, there is no real established vampire lore especially in movies and TV as they kept adding stuff to it. For example for a while it was said that if a vampire bites you on the left side of your neck you will die but if they bit you on the right side you will become one of them. But they have to drink all the blood if they dont then you end up like a ghoul like renfeld who is still human but not quite. As for Blacula bodies, that was what they added to it as it was never established how quick or long the turn happens just that it took time for them to rise and remember the police didnt get there straight away.
@SistaGurlonFilms

The reason lisa flipped out was because she saw the other side of Blacula and what he looks like as a vampire where before she only saw him in his normal face. I think he took offense at the end because his vampire self is not who he really is so calling him Mamuwalde probably felt disrespectful. At least that's how I took it. Or maybe it was in that moment that he realized Mamuwalde was really dead and he finally accepted his fate of being Blacula.
