Dressing up has always been a Taylor concert thing. She has a special meet and greet after her shows where random people are picked when they’re going crazy and singing along. I went to 1989 and dressed as a fox cause she has a song, I Know Places, and one line in the song goes “we are the foxes.” For rep Tour I wore all black cause she has a lyric in So It Goes… that says “dressed all in black now.”

Taylor is literally amazing with her fans! She gives them money when they’re struggling, sometimes pays there tuition, she gives them Christmas presents, etc. etc. She handpicks people online to meet her FOR FREE at her concerts before performing! And, during the concerts, her mom and other people go through the crowd and handpick people to meet her after the concert! When she meets fans she spends quality time with them and has conversations and takes pictures with them! She’s actually been known to stay at a place for hours just meeting fans and talking/signing things and taking pictures! She also does these things called Secret Sessions, where she handpicks A BUNCH of fans and invites them to her house! She shows them her new album before it’s even released, makes cookies for them, gives them drinks, food, and takes time to personally meet, talk to, and take pictures with each and every one of them! Her relationship with us is honestly amazing, and I don’t know of any other artist with the same relationship with their fans as Taylor has! She also, like you said, is so, so amazing and appreciative of every single person that helps her do what she does! She thanks the fans, she thanks every person involved in every little job needed to make her performances etc. possible. Even when the job is small, she makes sure to thank them! And at performances, she shouts out the back up singers/back up dancers and other people performing with her. She’s just an amazing human being and I just love her SO. FREAKING. MUCH.

I saw Taylor on this tour and it was incredible. I’ve seen her live 4 times and she gets better every time. At my show on the reputation tour it down poured the entire time and that didnt stop her from coming out and still putting on an incredible show even though she was getting soaked by the rain. Seeing this concert live was one of the most incredible, unreal experiences of my entire life. If you ever have the chance to see her live do it. She is the greatest performer I've ever seen! I've seen her live 5 times now and I bawled like a baby every time!! The medley in the beginning consists of two of my favorite Taylor songs- Love Story and You Belong With Me (both from her Fearless album) All Too Well is hands down my favorite song (not even Taylor, just favorite song in general) of all time. The lyrics, the bridge, the passion I cannnnnotttttt. At this part in the concert, she sang a different throwback song each show! She sang Fearless at the concert I went to at Metlife Stadium because it was pouring raining and in the song, there's a lyric that says, "I don't know why but with you I'd dance in a storm in my best dress fearless." At that show, she also sang Clean on the piano and when she sang "rain came pouring down," as it was pouring, I think my soul left my body for a minute. She really personalizes each show for her fans!!

The 2 songs in the mash-up in the beginning are "Love Story" and "You Belong With Me" which are huge (huge!) hits from her earlier country days. And "All Too Well" is hands down her best song ever, and probably generally the best song ever written. An absolute fan favorite (that was never a single), and a masterpiece. You HAVE to hear it out. HAVE TO. "Getaway Car" is definetly on of her best songs, and possibly the best of off reputation. But can't be THE best overall because All Too Well exists. Every music Taylor puts out is absolute gold. Because she had to cancell the tour this year (coronavirus), she's releasing soon the live footage from "City of Lover", the only Lover era full time concert that happened. You should check out "Lover" (the album), and then start going backwards to her earlier albums: RED (arguably the best one) - Speak Now (written by her alone! No co-writters) - Fearless (probably her breakthrough) - and her self titled debut album "Taylor Swift".

for comment on if people just show up to her shows dressed up, YES! it’s always been a tradition that fans will dress up in crazy costumes/outfits to try and get a chance to meet taylor! her team/mom go into the crowd and pick fans who’re going hard during the show to meet taylor afterwards :) fun fact: taylor has never had a paid meet and greet, they’re always hand chosen by her or her team!
