Bo was cut out of this one because they couldn't think of something heartwarming for Andy to say about her at the end. People already mentioned Sid, so I won't. I saw this in the theatre. The whole audience was sobbing at the end. So id say its a pretty natural reaction. Fast forward 15 years later. My son is 2 years old now and for a couple weeks had a toy story 3 obsession. The end of the movie would come around, and I would tear up. Day after day, I teared up. It was ridiculous, lol. But just goes to show how powerful it was too

This is my favorite as well (well this and the first), and was supposed to be the end but it did too well and Disney had to make another. Very sentimental movie for me because Toy Story was always my favorite movie and when this came out I was also starting college like Andy, so the ending was like a milestone into a new stage of life for me and the character. Oh and btw they're making a 5 😮‍💨.

Believe it or not, this was the first animated movie to ever reach the billion dollar mark. I don’t anyone could’ve seen that happen at the time. @5:41 it’s hard to notice the first time, but the garbage man was Andy’s former next door neighbor Sid Phillips. He’s still wearing the same skull shirt, but looks like hems doing all right for himself since the last time we saw him. They even brought back the original voice actors for Andy and Sid.
