Watching *VENOM: LET THERE BE CARNAGE* Was NOT What I Expected!

In my honest opinion, Let There Be Carnage was a great follow up to the first film! The humor was still there, it was very thrilling, especially with Carnage wreaking havoc, and there was plenty of action for my taste. And that post-credits scene, I remember that teally got me hyped for No Way Home!

There's a movie you should check out if you like the Venom movies. It's called Upgrade and it has essentially the same tropes, and it came out before Venom did. Easily in my top 10 movies of all time, even though it's very obscure.

Not a major venom fan so I may be wrong but I'm fairly sure symbiote colouring is just cosmetic and not tied to power or combat ability. Carnage being red is just to differentiate him from Venom.

Venom is indeed like this in the comics, although Eddie brock was more of a brooding type. They have a cynical, almost murderous type of comedy P.S. Venom is also a shared name for the coexistence of Eddie and the suit, its not like the movie where the symbiote is in control, in the comics they share mind & body when in full form

I didn’t like how they did Kasady. They ruined him by making him care about shreak way too much. The moment he got the Symbiot his personality should have changed and not care about her at all. The only thing that’s good about the movie was the prison scene and the finale fight, the rest of it was trash.
