I'm sure your questions were rhetorical but incase people are interested, Game Speed - That was the start of a long 11 hour stream and we wanted to get the whole season done in one day ( which became a theme ) so the speed had to be up I did slow it down for bigger games! Tablet - I had loads of tech issues with my laptop streaming in such random quality and I managed to get it better in the stream after this one actually! In my one open slot, I only showed my team as my camera blocks some of my player ratings, & my chat wanted to see that selected. Drink in question - 100% mega-pint of Cherry juice.

ive played without attributes for a couple of years now and i dont know how to remove the skin to go back lol. but the game changes a bit at the start but then you adapt and follow stars and match rating for your players. the annoying part is that I myself cant give an opinion about a players abilities because the numbers are hidden or in my case replaced by stars. basically I no longer can directlly judge players I am almost fully reliant on their star rating. but when looking for staff members to hire I can still filter my search to have very 15-16+ judging player ability before I sign them so that work around kind of gives me enough confidence in the star ratings that show on my report. after that it adds a bit more realism but makes you less involved and in control if that makes sense. it's fun tho

I play on full, maximum speed for every game. I do not care for any other speed as the game takes too long, which is the least interesting part of the game for me. I like the internals of the game. By which I mean the building a team/tactics, managing the club, building youth systems etc.

i reckon he’s going realistic, all you would have at your disposal in real life would be to see your tactic, you might have an idea of what the opponents tactic is but you may miss changes that they make mid game , like you wouldn’t be told before the game that they’re playing 4-4-2 for example, however you might think they will

Usually each teams line up is out an hr prior to game with formation, mayhaps lower leagues would be over it but top teams would be all over that, also unless its first few games of the season by a new manager at a club majority of managers play same or similar most every game so wouldn't be to hard to predict

There is a mod in fmscout that changes the attribute numbers to stars. I think it’s pretty cool and makes for a surprisingly fun experiences instead of the same old numeric approach.
