Hey JR, I work on a floor cleaning/maintenance crew and we use tennant scrubbers all the time. Make sure you clean the new floor with a neutral pH cleaner (7) and flush the tanks regularly. The floor squeegees are double sided so you can flip it when one wears out. Additionally, getting the flow rate and squeegee pressure is important to the efficiency of the machine. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE use a large dust mop on the floor before running the scrubber. The dust that's usually swept up before hand can clog the machine and prematurely wear the pumps. Dust mop before hand will also save you lots of time. Thanks for the update and keep it up!
