I take a piece of cardboard, punch some holes in it and put the screws in it in their orientation. Saves alot of Hassel when reinstalling.

What do you do with the old parts? Are they something you can send to the Diamond Auto Parts they they maybe able to restore on the cheap? Not sure if possible or even they would even want but it is just annoying how much crap we throw out. Plus, someone may have a arm rest that is 10x worse and would happily buy a 2nd hand one like yours as it might be easier to fix then their current one.
