I’ve noticed a trend of company’s being “relatable” and “memeable” on Twitter. It’s kinda funny, but at the same time, it makes people think these companies are their friends when in reality it’s probably some intern. It makes people think the entire brand is that funny, and it’s a genius marketing strategy but it’s also kinda dangerous. Sarah Zed has got a great video in this topic.
