I always liked the Tweek/Craig fight episode but I think I laughed harder at Cartman and Stan throwing down during the pre-match interviews while the two of them were trying to explain why Craig and Tweek were fighting. I had to come back when I remembered 2 that didn't make your list. The "Battle for our immortal souls," Satan vs Jesus was pretty funny and the battle between Satan and Canadian Satan deserved at least an honorable mention.
