Even though Vegeta did not get to kill any Main Villains, he killed numerous side villain. Majority of them are frieza's underlings. The Namek arc was basically just a road trip for Vegeta to seek vengeance of whom did him wrong.

For me the #1 spot would be when Vegeta used Final Flash against Cell. It's one of the coolest names for a move in anime history and the build up to it was epic. Even Cell who thought he was invincible up to that point was caught off guard by it.

Nah, Cell tanked it and the scene made vegeta look like more of a goober than a beast. Even his majin vegeta explosion was better because even though it didn't accomplish much, it gave Goten, Trunks and Piccolo time to get away from Buu and it also served as proof of Vegeta's character development.

Honestly, the "My Bulma" line was the first thing I thought of. Outside of actually going beast with the Oozaru transformation, nothing's pissed him off that much before that he throws away the pants-shitting fear he had for Beerus the Destroy, a literal god who can Thanos snap Vegeta's existence in an instant, to actually assault the big cat himself. Iirc, this was also one of the few moments where it's acknowledged on screen that if only for the brief moment, Vegeta actually does push himself past Goku in power. As for the Top battle, that's another prime example of Vegeta actually becoming straight up better than Goku. Goku managed to enhance his Blue with Kaioken, but that's just layering one power up over top another. Vegeta's "Super Saiyan Blue Evolved" is a transformation that, unlike Goku's foray into Ultra Instinct, was something Vegeta tapped in to consciously twice, whereas Goku achieved an imperfect Ultra Instinct twice and proper UI once, and all three times they happened more subconsciously, Goku admitting either at the end of Super or during Broly that it was something he wouldn't be able to just do again. Because of that, I personally believe that what Vegeta achieved was not SSB "Evolved" as they decided to name it, but effectively the SSJ2 version proper of SSB.

Once again had to explain this mistake. Final Explosion doesn't HAVE to be Suicide. Ki is life energy, and Final Explosition is the expelling of MASSIVE amounts of it. In the Buu Arc Vegeta put every drop of his life into the attack to kill Buu (even if it failed). In super, not only is he infinitely stronger, BUT he only had to use a large portion of his Ki to destroy the Hakai instead of all of it. Final Explosion was just a suicide specifically in the Buu arc

My favorite Vegeta moment was in the Majin Buu Arc. Vegeta got to fall in love with Bulma and start a family, got to know and teach his young son how to be a true Sayan warrior, and realize that there was more to fighting than being the strongest or most powerful. He finally realized that and broke free of the seal Bibbity put on him and decided for the first time in his life to do something absolutely selfless, take Majin Buu down in a massive self destructive move using all his strength and power. Granted it failed due to Majin Buu’s ability to regenerate from only a tiny clump of cells, but it bought valuable time for Goku to be able to get there and take Majin Buu down once and for all. Not only this, but that moment of self sacrifice marked a turning point for the Sayan Prince going forward. Once brought back thanks to the Dragon Balls, it gave him renewed purpose in his life. He wasn’t just in it to beat Goku anymore.
