So for my money, Bugs has made me laugh exponentially more than Mickey. I recognize that Disney might be the most famous brand on planet earth as well. However, in terms of pure entertainment with the characters in question, Bugs wins 11 times out of 10.👏🏻 Also Mel Blanc is a genius in his own right. His bits with Jack Benny are classic!🤣

Bugs is a more entertaining and well balanced character, having more appeal to a bigger audience. Mickey is cool, but a little too child friendly and even the kids I know don't really rock with Mickey as much as they do Goofy, Donald, or Winnie the Pooh.

For the final point, one could say Bugs should win. though Mickey came first and originated the idea of cartoons, Bugs had a greater effect on writing cartoons as well as story telling and wit. Edit: thats to say I believe Bugs and the Looney Toons had a far greater impact on cartoons as a whole in both style and substance

Being a cartoonist and illustrator, I've always appreciated the art of animation. And while I can recognize the impact of Mickey Mouse on pop culture, my preference has always, even as a young kid, leaned towards Bugs Bunny and the Warner Bros characters. In fact, my favorite character is Foghorn Leghorn. Anyway, the classic Warner Bros cartoons were made with humor which even adults could appreciate. The Disney cartoons/movies were masterfully animated, but so were the Warner Bros cartoons. For me, it's always going to be the Warner Bros cartoons without question.

I like to think that both Mickey and Bambi (The Mouse and the Fawn) are the two characters that changed animation forever; whereas Mickey has been the face of the Walt Disney Studios for over nine decades, Bambi's first feature film brought an artistic style that was never done before. Since then, the art for Bambi's debut movie (starting development in 1936) has influenced many other cartoon films-- whether they're in or out of Disney.

When I was young and I watched cartoons I could never watch Mickey because he was always behind some sort of pay wall. Had to have the Disney channel or something. I was fonder of other Disney shows that airs on normal tv. Speaking on that, Bugs Bunny was always there. Never had to pay extra to see him. Bugs has one thing over Mickey: he saved his voice actor's life. On 24 January 1961, Mel Blanc got into a car accident that put him into a coma. Unresponsive for 2 weeks, a doctor tried talking to Mel with no results but when tried talking to Bugs Bunny, he actually replied. From there, the doctor would talk to Bugs until Mel came back and woke from his coma. Mel would credit Bugs with actually saving his life not long after.

I love both of them no matter what,one for his charming personality and the other one for his relentless craziness! In the newest shorts that disney worked on i loved the fact they showed mickey from his crazier perspective having all those things happening to him,that also was a surprise for me to see him gone all crazy.Showing greatly that disney heavily inspired by warner bros style & antics.While warner wasn't followed that style from their classics for years,you see them in some later shorts with christmas specials etc following disney's softer side of things.I knew that mickey would come on top but i don't mind since he deserves it for his classic appearance as a character.But i give them both the golds the one for his charm & the other for his laughs! ;)

Trivia: in Finnish dubs of their respective films, both Mickey and Bugs were voiced by Antti Pääkkönen, who also voiced Agumon in Digimon, Timon in The Lion King sequels, and Scarecrow in Batman: The Animated Series.

Bugs Bunny does have theme parks. One in a foreign country and the other in Gold Coast, Queensland Australia. It's called Warner Bros Movie World. Google it.

I love both toon characters because they have class for over decades and still they're my favorite characters of all time. Wishing they could be part of Super Smash Bros to beat each up. Lol!

Both characters are good in their own respect, but I prefer the smartass rabbit. The toung in cheek and slapstick humor is something I love. That's probably part of why I love Goofy more than Micky too.
