I knew Junko Enoshima was going to be in this list but I thought she was going to be much higher. No offense, but some of the women one the list are just looney heavy hitters and closer to serial killers. She's definitely not above Lucy, I know what she did and almost did in the Manga. But Junko single handedly turned the world into Hell on Earth. The reason she loves despair so much, is because she could predict *anything* before it even happens. Despair isn't predictable, that's why she loves it. When she was involved in the death of a classmate, her only love interest helped cover it up, and she thanked him by killing him. She made the school student council immediately kill each other in a small death game. She then made "the Ultimate Animator" use that footage to make a video that mind controlled the majority of the world to go all "Purge" on the world. She easily made the so called "living embodiment of hope" become a major ally in her quest to destroy the world. Even after her death, her loyalists continued her work and made sure the world stayed in ruins. She almost came back as an AI. Everyone she ever befriended because a pon in her quest of filling the world with despair. She's everything DC's Joker wise he could've accomplish in a the span of only *TWO YEARS!!!!!!!* *And ya'll put a neighborhood of psychos above her why?????*
