Bro Mustang's scene was badass and all, but it isn't exactly "berserk" as in the fuse blows, total loss of control, reason and disregard for their life - berserk. Best example is Gon vs Pitou or Ichigo turning Hollow vs Ulquiorra. :D

About the One Piece one I think the best berserk moment of Luffy is when he punches the Celestial Dragon. Luffy is a really Loud Guy but this time he was so beyond mad, that he's just slowly and dead silent approaches to deliver his punch.

I am personally not a fan of Goku rage moments since he is never a type to just rage.... he calms down extremely fast. I have never seen him go full rage mode, even on namek he calmed nown within seconds but that might be imoressive in its own right too.

I know one berserk moment you didn't mention. That would be Issei Hyoudou unleashing the Juggernaut Drive in High School DxD. After being told that his sweet Asia Argento is presumed dead by Shalba Beelzebub, Issei's rage reaches a breaking point. Thus releasing the red dragon within.

Tachibana Hibiki - Senki Zesshou Symphogear. While Hibiki, with her inperfect Gungnir relic, suffers fom a very volatile temper, and has had some very destructive moments where she lashes out, she mostly keeps a good lid on it. That is, until Symphogear G. At the end of episode 5, she gets her arm bitten off by the Nephilim. So in the beginning of episode 6, she goes totally berserk and absolutely wrecks the Nephilim. That is also the last time we see Hibiki going in her blackened state. On the contrary, when she gets the Ignite upgrade in GX, Hibiki can perfectly control it from the start.

I know this may not count, but one of my personal favorite moments where a character goes berserk is Ginka from Beyblade metal fusion. After Ryuga started taunting Ginka about his dead father and saying he’s just as weak sent Ginka over the edge, seeing him so angry was a shock especially since he was the kind hearted and undefeated blader up until that point.

Ranma 1/2. Gemma harshly trained his son. One technique he wanted Ranma to master was Cat/-Fu. He never consciously mastered it. Instead developed Nekophobia(fear of cats). When the fear overwhelms him, he becomes a cat. He lost it twice. Once when Kuno found out about his fear/exploited it. He did some dameage to Kuno and the school. Then in a battle with Cologne. He intentionally dove into a frozen lake with Shampoo to change into alternative forms. Ranma was powerful enough to give a run for her moneys. Note that in this state.only two people can calm Ranma down. An old lady in their old neighborhood (she passed away) & Akane.

Hibiki's Gungnir goes Out of Control, Symphogear. The main character of Symphogear, Hibiki Tachibana, is a total sweetheart. No matter what happens, she believes in talk first, fight second. But as she gained her Gungnir from a fragment of Kanade's Relic getting embedded in her chest, she had a tendency to enter a berserk state in the first two seasons. In the penultimate episode of Season 1, after a nerly Heel-Face Turned Chris seemingly sacrifices herself, hearing Fine insult her new friend's sacrifice sends Hibiki into a berserker state. Her whole body turned pitch-black, she literally rips Fine in half, with only the regenerative properties of the Nehushtan Armor allowing her to recover. In the middle of Season 2, during a fierce battle against a living Relic known as the Nephilim sees the beast bite off Hibiki's arm. Losing control due to the pain, Hibiki once again goes berserk, regenerating her arm and utterly annihilating the Nephilim before she passes out.

I've got two for you that didn't make it on this list for some unknown reason: First, from the anime GATE: "Kobiyashi? You may fire at will." As she proceeds to lock bayonet and rip her way through all of the prince's troops to beat the taste out of his mouth. How about maybe don't take their people prisoner as slaves next time, eh? And second, Arifuerta. The next to last episode in the second season. Y'all know what I'm talking about. Bad guy straight up *kills* waifu (don't worry, she gets better). And edgelord protagonist, who had been more of a snarky and cocky little git up to this point, completely loses it.
