All of our cartoons are extremely popular worldwide from SpongeBob and Samurai Jack to Family Guy and South Park. You're just stating your own crappy biased opinion not facts. English voice actors put just as much heart in their voices acting as any Japanese voice actor. This video included.

Personally my favourite weird Gintama battle would be the time they had two teams fight and try to smash the other teams' plates (which was on their chest), but ended up going to the bathroom, and realized they didn't have toilet paper. The ones in the bathroom (the most important members on each team) then proceeded to try psychological warfare to see who will get out first. I think this whole event (the psychological warfare in the bathroom) took an entire episode to finish.
