@@roguewave4396I was bullied by my Seventh grade special education teacher who didn’t understand that I have Central Auditory Processing Disorder One Time when I was retaking a test in an empty classroom, instead of giving me space and letting me take my time she stood next to me and impatiently rushed me to get it done. Every time I hesitated to write something down she got mad at me and said, “Write something down.” It was infuriating I know what you mean when you say, “Couldn’t defend himself”

The woman who says she has the right to disrupt people's prayers because she doesn't share their beliefs. Something tells me that if someone did that to her, she would object aggressively.

Disrupting private prayers is stupid behavior, and crazy disrespectful. Having prayers led in public schools is wrong. Christianity is NOT a state sponsored religion, nor is everyone a Christian. Heck, not even every Christian believes the same thing, all the way down to whether or not the trinity is an actual thing

I remember my mother coming to pick me up for a doctors appointment and the office let her walk down to knock on the classroom door to get me. What she saw was absolutely nothing that a 2nd grader should witness. This teacher was screaming at this one child with her arm raised in the air, looking to strike the child. My mother jumped in as she heard and saw this from the window of the door. This teacher was later terminated and license revoked

It makes me so angry when there are bad teachers out there and doing this to people. I’m a teacher and I strive so hard to be a good role model and support my kids in every way I can. I hope these terrible teachers never step in another classroom or work with another student. They are an embarrassment to the profession.

The worst teacher I ever had was an algebra teacher who doubled as one of the football and basketball coaches. He'd spend most of class complaining and getting on our cases about how loud we were being (he wasn't entirely wrong, but went about it horribly), screaming at us occasionally. He'd seriously throw tantrums like he was a little kid instead of a grown man, all the while screaming at us that we needed to grow up. Nobody respected him, either in the classroom or on the football field, and we all cheered when he was finally let go.

Easily the worst teacher I had was first grade. She basically bullied me throughout the whole year because I had poor handwriting and walked on my tiptoes (which was because my arches were underdeveloped and I had physical pain when I tried walking flat footed for the first ten years of my life). She would embarrass me in class, refused to let me go to the bathroom until I promised to walk flat footed in front of the whole class, and made me walk down the hallways with books on my head to make me walk flat footed. It was so humiliating. Because of her, I had a huge problem with authority figures for a long time after that. But, I purposely made sure that she did not break me. I purposely worked on my handwriting (which she actually made me have panic attacks over her constant criticism of it) to the point that I can now write perfectly. I thought about sending her a letter in calligraphy telling her to go screw herself, but what’s the point? I just want to forget she existed.

It's sounds like she's still renting space in you head. Let it go and forget her. She's not worth it. As a former teacher myself, I would hope that if I caused any of my students pain whether physical or mental that they put it behind them. Maybe they sought help from a counselor or other professional to take care of themselves.

My 5th grade teacher made the kids laugh while hitting me with the chalk board erasers while I was having epileptic seizures…and then one day, I had a convulsion and had to be hospitalized that day. All the popular kids were laughing at me the next day…from then on, school was hell for me. I confronted that former teacher in a bar when I was 22…he was on oxygen in a wheelchair….I kept my cool and told him how much it hurt me…and I walked away. Most of my junior high and all but 2 of my teachers in the first high school I went to were worse than the bullies. They punished me for having Tourette Syndrome, I would be sent to sit in the hall outside the gym and encourage the other students in the school to mock me, and bully me cause they thought they could shame the TS out of me, or until I "stopped faking it".. Others refused to even try teaching me and tried to force me into special Ed classes before classes even began on the first day. The 2 teachers who weren't dicks to me both defended me to the faculty and made sure I got my credits in their classes, when I got kicked out of the school for having Tourette Syndrome. . The high school I switched to all but my grade 12 math teacher were amazing, I was the top student there, top academics and Honors in every class. Then grade 12 math the teacher hated me immediately, and kept Trying to make me drop out, "lost" both my exam and provincial project two times each, so I had to do both 3 times and submit them to my principal, she tried to fail my career project and 10 year income report because I chose body piercer for my career. She said it wasn't a real career. Took it to my principal my 40% was corrected to a 94%. I could have graduated early but took a quarter off the year before and only had to write my math exam, provincial project and Career project for that year. My assignments were already done, I just didn't want to graduate early if I wasn't even old enough to attend my graduation... My horrible math teacher got me out of being valedictorian tho, she thought I wanted it but I didn't and was trying to get my principal to choose someone else for a month, when math teacher made a fuss and complained until someone else was picked.. It was amazing seeing her smug proud of herself face drop to a defeated scowl instantly when I thanked her for getting me out of that.. Lol she sucks

Worst teacher I had was a guy named Mr. Jacobs. I've a brain injury, so it can sometimes be hard for me to understand something, like algebra. However, despite being fully aware of this, he never tried explaining how it works other than "these letters means numbers. Figure out which". I was left guessing and, every time I got it obviously wrong, instead of asking why I was struggling and offering to help, he thought belittling me about being lazy in front of the class was the only thing that would help. However, my brain injury also causes me to have a very short temper, which was far worse back then. We got into shouting matches almost every day because he thought I would back down as soon as he raised his voice. Didn't help that he was also my Home Room teacher, science teacher and Society and Environment teacher AND that one day of the week every term I had doubles of all 3 classes. We were oil and water. Dude even gave me my very first detention on the weekend for reading a school library book IN THE SCHOOL LIBRARY

My two worst teachers: 1) Freshman year in college: newly hired teacher didn't understand the material he was supposed to teach' The class was introductory programming and software design, and for the first few weeks the class just followed a manual and took standardized tests. Two of us who already had programming experience got sick of it, quickly learned the language well enough, and taught the class ourselves. At the end of the term, the teacher was moved to a different department and we unexpectedly received a paycheck for our efforts (off the books because it would have been an embarrassment to the college if official word spread that freshman students taught a class.) 2) Junior year in college: our physics teacher was an old, bored, fast-talking German-American. He was impossible to understand, was eager to retire, and had the attitude that we should be able to learn on our own without much of his help. He was a jerk.

Next year I changed schools & had this very bad math teacher. I got 9% in my first semester test & scraped by for the year. He literally forced my to go from higher grade to standard grade I was devastated. I loved math. He started with 30 students & by the end of the 3 years had only 8 students left. My brother happened to work at a big university , post graduate studies. He came across this teacher's own marks & it was so bad my brother had to turn him down. He should never have teacher. 😢

In 5th grade, my classroom had a long-term sub, because one of my teachers was going for a Master's, but part of her Master's degree required a project with a classroom, so she was still around. My classroom had two teachers, one morning and one afternoon, and a long-term sub did the afternoon portion. For some reason, some kids didn't like the long-term sub, whether it was her teaching style or whatnot, and this was a classroom with generally good students who did productive work. She often complained to the school that the students didn't like her or whatnot. We had multiple admins, and the morning teacher come in and tell us that she was not replacing our teacher and to give her a chance, blah blah. I was usually a teacher's pet in school, so I would be respectful of teachers, especially the subs. One day, one of the students had to go home early, so I got sent to the office to drop off that student's stuff. When I came back, the classroom was stunned silence except for the long-term sub screaming and slamming her book on top of the projector about how we, as the class, mistreated her and such. I don't remember much about what happened afterward because my Autistic brain didn't like the extra noise. From what I was told, the students' parents got wind of what happened in the classroom and demanded a meeting. I don't remember if my mom was a part of the meeting because she was busy working and let the school staff deal with me for the most part, so if I misbehave, I must have done something wrong because I am Autistic. Years later, in high school, that sub-teacher was still subbing for the school district, and I was pretty much indifferent to her that day because of what I remember all those years ago in 5th grade of how she screamed at us. Fortunately, it was only for one class, and that was it. This was over 21 years ago, in 2002. I have no idea what happened to the teacher after I last saw her in high school, around 2008 or 09.

While I do enjoy this video a lot, as well as Ryan providing the narration, something about this talk of teachers and schools back in the days reminds me of how some occasional days I had a very rough School years for most of my life, especially the fact on how I had Autism, and still do to this day, but I'm managing it just fine. Anyways, do I believe that these Karens/Kens should be held accountable for their actions towards the children who are trying to learn and get a proper education? Yes, Yes I do, especially Do I believe that things could have gone better if they were much nicer, kinder, and respectful towards those around and the children? Indeed I do, especially for those with disabilities including Autism. Oh, and I also have some ideas for future Top 10 videos, so here it is: Top 20 Greatest Animated Fairtale Movies of all Time (not counting in Fairytale parodies, sorry). Example: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Beauty And The Beast, Thumbelina, and The Swan Princess. Top 10 Times Cartoon Scammers Got What They Deserved. Example: Mr. Eugene Krabs from SpongeBob SquarePants, Lyle Lanley from The Simpsons, Eddy from Ed, Edd, & Eddy, and Flip from The Loud House. And finally, and hopefully someday after the movie, Sonic the Hedgehog 3 is released, there should be this list: Top 10 Times Sonic the Hedgehog Went Beast Mode. Example: Sonic X, Sonic Prime, and Sonic the Hedgehog 2. I would put those ideas in Watchmojo Suggestion. Unfortunately, I can't sign in due to an error, which means I'm unable to, but I'm okay with no biggie. Nevertheless, I thank you a lot for this, and looking foward to more of Ryan's narration of the videos for years to come.

I have never heard of ableism until now. I mean I knew there are some people who didn't like autistic people, or disabled people in general, for that matter, but I didn't know there was a name for it.

I was an A student when I was little until I ended up with the worst teacher ever except for that she’s not a Karan she was antagonistic towards me And slaps me in the face I started hating school because of her she took her antagonizing ways too far and it came back To bite when she bumped me down a grade luckily for me one of the teachers of the grade I got bumped down to noticed my situation and filed a complaint to the principal and that antagonistic teacher got Fired
