#1 for me is the Pokédex shading Ash in the very first episode when Rattata steals food from Ash's backbag: Pokédex: A forest Pokémon, Rattata. It likes cheese, nuts, fruit and berries. Ash: Yeah, but isn't a forest! It's an open field! Pokédex: It also comes out into open fields to steal food from *stupid* travellers. 😮😅😂

Personally, i would include Umbreon's Pokédex entry from Moon, because it describes how it kills Pokémon by biting into their throat and eating them; if it's trainer ever were to release into wild, because it didn't get its favorite Eeveelution! 🙁 That is just horrifying! 😔 And it also shows how cruel and evil Umbreon can become if not raised properly.

Considering from Gen VII onwards, the Pokedex is inhabited and run by a Rotom, I think it's quite likely that it exaggerates the worst qualities of some Pokemon just to mess with trainers.

What about Hatterene? They say they play with humans' with illusions just for their own entertainment. And then there's Greavard. Despite they are quite friendly and easy to befriend, this Pokémon actually drains the life force of those who get too close them, even if they don't want to. Can you imagine? This Pokémon literally sucks away the life of their friends without meaning to... Now that's a sad existence...

Could you imagine if these Pokedex Entries Were Literal? Drifloon could just up and steal your kid…unless the kid was a heavy child. There are many child-stealing Pokemon, if you really dive into these entries.
