I’d agree, I just got one…..seems worth it for the money. I wish you’d do a review on one of those Richard Mille type tourbillons they make. I brought one , and it’s kinda growing on me a bit, it doesn’t quite seem worth 1500.00 with the same cheesy buckle…..

They corrected the strap. I have a 7 inch wrist and it fits my wrist with enough room for a 8-8.5inch wrist.

Iam not going to lie here. I was at max 6:22 in and I went to Chrono24 and bought myself the saphire case version. Iam more then stunned by this little masterpiece that you are already holding in your hands and really can't await to see, what kind of quality I will see. Considering the crazy fact that the chinese Haofa company does all in house, it is a blessing for us watch enthusiasts to be able to buy such a watch for an incredible price. I must agree with you, strong Hublot vibes from the Haofa 1913. From the community post announcing to your review now, I made up my mind, I like the watch and would wear it happily, given maybe not every day. Really nice to look at, like you said! This spring loaded deployant is a rather pleasing surprise, makes the watch unique if anything. Did I miss the accuracy of the movement? Great review, finished to a flawless standard. Thank you!

I don't know what the accuracy range is Kurt. Haofa don't specify it, hence me not stating it in my review as I usually do. I couldn't find the Hangzhou 7520 accuracy online either. Regards, #WR4K

I think I have about the same automatic movement in my Feice Fm019 skeleton and this one is not good. Must reset the clock for 5 minutes every day. 🙁But very Good Video 😊

How do you get 3 yrs warranty? I have asked them the cheaper anything less than $1k only has 1 year warranty? While the higher end watches $2k and above carry 2 yrs warranty. Just find it odds for the inconsistency and based on purchase price? Also any ideas how to movement perform compare to other Swiss cosc?

Apologies, I thought this watch was covered by a 3 year warranty. The movement doesn't perform within COSC chronometer limits of -4 to +6 seconds per day. Often movements with a higher power reserve such as 80 hours, it means they sacrifice accuracy in order to gain power reserve. Regards, #WR4K

Regardless whos fault, we have to pay both shipping, and since they are only available in China, we have to send it back to them. I would not mind paying to ship back but I would expect they would ship the return at their cost especially if they are warranty issues. Anyway really appreciate your reviews, I initially wanted to pull the trigger on their watches, but I'm still not convinced.

@@orangedan5424 The answer regarding accuracy varies. When a movement is fully wound to its maximum power reserve it runs most accurate. Then as power reserve is depleted accuracy is lost. So it isn't possible to give you one answer such as +5 seconds per day, as this varies when the movement is at 80 hours wound, and 10 hours wound, etc. With Seiko movements such as the NH35A it is easy to state the accuracy as +5 seconds per day, as this is more stable from 0-40 hours power reserve. Usually in my reviews I will state the accuracy of the movement in the piece reviewed when I have fully wound it to the maximum power reserve. However I didn't do it in this case for the aforementioned reasons. It is pointless me stating the watch is running at +10 seconds when 80 hours fully wound, as in reality the watch will rarely be in that fully wound state. I appreciate this isn't the definitive -10 to +10 seconds per day accuracy answer you were seeking. Poor accuracy is the negative with many high power reserve movements. To get 70 hours power reserve and COSC chronometer limits one has to pay more for a Tudor Black Bay with a Kenissi movement etc. Chinese movement makers like Hangzhou cannot attain both high power reserves, and chronometer grade -4 to +6 seconds per day accuracy. The PT5000 is a good compromise as it has 40 hours, and can be regulated in 6 positions to chronometer accuracy. With regards to the warranty shipping costs; yes its common practice for a brand to cover the return shipping. Or alternatively the collector pays the return shipping, then the brand refunds it when the watch is received. The brand will also cover the shipping of the watch back to the collector. Unfortunately in the case of the warranty on this piece, the collector pays the shipping both ways. Regards, #WR4K

I also have Breitling which has 70 hrs power reserve and yet consistently within +2s/day whether they are fully or obviously not fully wound. SO is my King Turtle with the 4R36 movement, albeit much lower power reserve. Well you may say this is only US$300 so don't expect much... But if you look at Hoafa line up they have something that is around $1.5 to 2k range. Anything within 10s variance or even 15s is tolerable. I'm also sure lots of these movement they can be tweaked or regulated. Hoafa need to be able to certified or at least guaranteed customers that their so called high end pieces can perform up to standard. At least compareable to some of Swiss counterpart at this price range. For now I think I won't risk my money.
