I bought a pair of Chanel sunglasses a while ago and one arm was significantly shorter than the other!!! I kept thinking it was my ears or my face ….it was these defected ass glasses. I’m returning them NOW!

Wow! I just had the same problem with Celine! Is this a sign for us to stop buying!!!! However, I was so heated I called American Express. They told me to send them pics and they’ll handle it. If you purchased on a credit card…most offer buyers protections! Contact your card issuer

Alright so I only collect Dooney & Bourke which are made in Connecticut USA and their repair program is fantastic. You’d think Chanel of all would have everything in place, mainly bc D&B’s policy started because they don’t want to look bad with beaten up, broken bags on the streets.

Terrible CS. A luxury brand should not be selling their goods "sold as seen" like in a discount store. I had a stud break on a 6 year old Mulberry bag. I sent it to their workshop and it was fixed free of charge.

Im having issues with Chanel as well. I bought a pair of earrings and very soon after they broke. I contacted my sales associate, and she said to bring them in, and they would get them repaired. It's now been over a year. I still do not have my earrings, and they are not giving me any information on when they'll be fixed or if I'll ever get them back.

Did someone pull the strap in a violent way and it broke? I am just wondering if there was a "trauma" that happened to the purse for that strap to break like that.

Hi Dacob ❤just last night my granddaughter came to visit (22yrs) we were on the Chanel website looking at what they have (everything shoes,bags, clothing) she said to me hey Nonna (grandma) do you remember that fake chanel bag that Nonno bought me from Bali when I was a little girl…. She used to be obsessed with my authentic Chanel my husband bought a cheapy to play with I said yes..she said I still have it and it still looks brand new 😂I was shock…I said really… and now we find that Chanel bags at about $15,000 Australian dollars are falling apart… unbelievable & acceptable that they are giving people such a hard time to fix them or replace them…actually the customer should have the choice of a refund if that’s what they what it’s manufacturing defaults…I’ve just recently wanted to purchase a bag went to every boutique to look didn’t know what I wanted but did not walk into Chanel I did purchase YSL bag was very happy with the service & my bag😊it’s really sad that it’s come to this…but will not purchase Chanel I like to look but not buy ❤

Imagine paying that much money just to have headaches and stress. Its been proven so many times how their quality gone down the drain and yet we still patronizing them. Chanel will never bow down they're so high up the ladder that regardless of the insane price increase and poor quality people still buy. April, I just bought a Vanity case in black with a new Camellia adjustable strap from Chanel, the stitches were crooked and the pin holes were enlarge because of pulling. Luckily the SA was nice. Since no more black bag, I exchanged to the same bag but burgundy red😅.Open eyes, check carefully before you pay.

This is not a real Chanel bag. The chain link is not seamless. There are no gaps on the chain links of real Chanel bags

The kind of leather looks like my bag but mine had holes on it to pull the strap in and out for adjustment. I didn’t know Chanel makes something like this that they will only screw it in the leather.

And the slit in the big chain, if I’m spending that much on a bag I don’t expect the hardware to rust and to see the huge gap in the metal chain from putting it together. Chanel can't be a luxury brand if they don't give luxury service. The exceptional posh service is one thing you're paying for in true luxury. They are so stingy in their service, they are clearly not a luxury brand. So go to brands that give luxury service. As seriously, fighting for 6 months for a voucher and no refund on a faulty product. For shame Chanel. I wonder if they treat the customers that spend at least 200,000 like that? Besides i find the caviar leather suspicious, you cant tell whats under that finish. Is it leather or polyurethane? You can't tell really
