I enjoyed your video. I have a 406 and had a mishap recently by not properly turning it off during a water change and I had a small flood. This video helped me understand the sequencing of everything. I may try your 32 gallon can method next time, too. Thank you so much!!

That's not something I'd do. There's so many variables between stocking, water quality, décor etc. . In my case tap water is about 7.2 and in the 75 gallon Malaysian drift wood slowly reduces the Ph over time. Not by much, down to about 7.0. Advice I can give is make google your friend, read and figure out what is right for you in your situation.
