Independent adjuster here, and I appreciate what you have to say ;) During my process, I've learned a lot about public adjusters, and let’s just say I'm not too fond of them. They often come across as sketchy and aren’t always focused on doing right by the insured. I hate not being able to fully help someone, but I love that I can do my best for them within my role. I stay within the legal lines, striving to do right by both the insured and the insurance company-it makes my job a lot easier. It’s reassuring to know there are still people out there with genuine heart.
