@@tinadavis4374 Hi tina, If they have top coated your nails, I would lightly buff the surface of the top coat, wipe off any dust with a lint free wipe and alcohol, then stick on the decals stickers as shown and top coat over them Hope that helps

The water decals work so much better than the stickers, and are way thinner. The best way to handle them is to soak in water for 30 seconds, lift the paper with tweezers, slide the decal onto the nail, and once in the position you want it to be in you then blot with a paper towel. Two coats of Top Coat, and they last!

So I did it just the way you showed and then I put the top coat but when I put the top coat on it wiped off the decal

@NailsBySue yeah for some reason it literally wiped it off I noticed some like little black specks and when I went to look at it to see where it was coming from and I noticed the decal was wiping off I'm going to try it again tonight maybe I'll let the decal sit longer before I do the top coat.
