No, these dummies are thinking of Sherberts. Sorbet contains no milk or dairy products so its not 'ice cream' ~ It is a frozen dessert tho! Its made of fruit puree/juice and sugar (contains no water, water addatives)

@jubarah almudhaki i guess the ratio and sugar level is different. I would say its the combination of texture and temperature difference. More air is beat into icecream then water ice with slushie texture
