You forgot the most important part. Getting your water tested by a recognized lab so that you can put the appropriate system in.There is not one filter that does it all. This guy should sell vacuums.

Shame on the TV station that actually aired this segment. Commercials are called commercials for a reason. They are used to sell a product. Not only did you waste your valuable show time, you gave that time to a company that sells a product that is NO BETTER than having a refrigerator filter for your whole house. This product is called a water conditioner. It does take out the chlorine in the water and it doesn't use salt. That's the only thing that was true in this whole segment. It DOESN'T do one thing for the hard water, it is all still there and you will have the same problems after it's installed. Do not buy this product if you want to actually affect the quality of your water. Shame on the tv station that aired this. Sell outs!
