Wow!! Another amazing picture (I watched your 2nd video first). I do enjoy your narrations. Both videos made me pause and think about things in a new light. Which I think is a good thing. I don't consciously think of my creative time as a 'meditation' but after listening your thoughts I realized that I actually enter into a peaceful meditate state without thinking about it. I subscribed and look forward watching more. Watching you paint has given me a lot to think about on how I can improve my techniques to achieve the look I'm striving for. Beautiful work! Your talent is amazing. It’s very relaxing to watch you paint, but when I paint myself, I actually get sort of nervous. I wish I could get to the point you described where you don’t even realize you painted that. Also nice to know that you take a while to finish a picture. When I watch the videos it seems like the artist goes so fast, I feel like I’m so slow! I get that the camera is sped up… no one would want to watch a video for hours or days… It just makes real time seem like swimming thru mud. 😂 thank you so much for your tips and for sharing your art!

Before I start to paint, I’m nervous in some ways; that’s why I spend some time to run through the painting that I am going to paint in my head first. Then, I play the music that helps me relax and focus. After starting painting, I feel fine! As in my latest video, nowadays social media makes people have shortened attention spans so it’s harder for people to watch longer forms of content unfortunately.
