I would love to see how you manipulate your paint hues. I see you painting and the guide, but I don't see your paint/water mixtures to get dark/med/lit within the pot. Thanks!! This has been interesting, and weird, but artistic!!

Once I practice the tints on the swatches, I don’t mix them anywhere else. I put them directly on the painting from the palette and then manipulate them there. I think in the next part it may be clearer to see more of that.🤞🏻But your question has also helped me to understand what I need to demonstrate & clarify more too. Thank you Karen!

How do we know when to lay down water first before paint wet vs dry application if that’s the right term 🤷🏼‍♀️🤣. (Have to learn whole terminology 😂). You did wet for the first 2 but not the 3rd color

I was showing you the two different ways you can do them. I was just saying it didn’t matter how you do them…you can decide which way you like best. 😊

Gosh, and to answer the original question 😂, you can paint it either way. I like to do big sections with the wet-on-wet technique, and I tend to do tiny areas with wet-on-dry just because I can control the water better that way.
