Yahh, kaki! We have this fruit in Brazil :) Japanese people came to live here two centuries ago and brought it with them. It's delicious, one of my fav fruits! We eat it like a dessert - because it is! Cheers 😄👋👋

And we call them "caqui" as well (pronounced the same way as in Japanese)!

Yes, in Italy we have a lot of these and their name also is similar to the japanese one because we call them "cachi" with the exact same pronunciation as "kaki". Also, Shibasaki-san, Naples and its region are the biggest production zone of kaki in Italy so you couldn't find better people to ask about this fruit and the history with Italy. I have found you channel only recently but i already love it. Have a good day.
Love this video so much! Would also love to see sensei’s wife painting. Very beautiful! 😆👍🏼💕✨

Arigatou gozaimasu Shibasaki-San. I showed your videos to my Mom, who is 91 years old, and she is very happy! She wants to thank you. She was born in a country where kaki grow, in South of France, and she enjoyed also this video, together with those of your paintings. My family and me all love you here in Switzerland :)

this make me nostalgic , I kinda miss the feel of village. We use the bamboo thing too. To pick some rambutans and it was a great time. Anyway your channel are inspiring. You are the reason I put more bold colours and work loosely on my painting. Hope you are doing well!
i nvr see tht fruit before... and i enjoy grandpa's video 😄

I don't think I've even thought to try cooking with persimmons. I hardly see them for sale where I am. If I do find any that are soft and sweet I want to try that sauce you made! Love your videos!

That's a smart way of picking the higher fruit. I've eaten persimmons many times but have never thought about cooking with it. I suppose it's no surprise that your wife is also a great artist.

Hi, it's been long since I saw your videos but I am finally back. I would like to try it soooo much, but in our country we don't have most of these ingredients. But we have kaki sometimes in the shop. It's called hurmikaki but it looks same. I guess that's just another type of kaki. Your recipe looks delicious. I like sweet and salt in one meal. :D And yea I was guessing what's the music in background. I was really surprised when you told that it's bath. Lol talking bath XD I can't imagine using one. I would be scared if my bath started talking XD. I thought first that the sound is car with milk or something. Anyway continue with good work. I like the funny content of your videos🤣. I hope that you are fine and feel better. Love from Slovakia ♥️🤗🇸🇰.
Aaahhh, there's no red snapper here! And I already have all the ingredients 😭😭😭. Anyway, congratulations on your solo exhibition and good luck to your wife! I wish I could've gone to see the exhibitions
