Thank you for letting us know more about this brand! They have some interesting colors for a basic set, I think the pans are not as full because they were hand poured like Daniel Smith half pans are, but it's true that they seem little under filled 😅 I loved your paintings 🥰 and I live the way you swatch it's so fun!

I think either the ink of those butterflies was running or you had black left on your brush, paints look awsome. Love your swatches!!!

I absolutely love your mini illustrations you include in your swatching, they are so cute. I will have to try to do that next time with my swatching. I would definitely be down for Saturday swatching. I was wondering if you could do a video on your camera setup and how you film overhead, I would appreciate that so much.

Awesome video! New subscriber here! Btw what paper and printer do you use for this swatches. I haven’t had a good luck printing in watercolor paper 😢

To understand the colour Payne's grey,one has to watch mr Payne's paintings,to see why he created it and how he used it!! He then,will find out that the guy was a genius! He used this colour with more and more water,everytime he had to paint a distand mountain or a tower. For the distand mountains he used a more deluted solution,as for the closer to the eye buildings,he simply used less water. PS: Even though W&N makes the most beautiful version of it,I'm not 100% convinced that it's exactly how the original grey from Payne was made.
