Awesome video I have a 2017 kawasaki ultra 310lx will that part work on my jetski? What kind of torque Wrench did you use and where can I purchase it from? Thanks

Ronnie, the KP Tensioner and stainless idler pulley works on ALL Ultra 300 and 310 Jet Skis- every trim and every model year!

I use a “click type” torque wrench. You can find them on Amazon or your local hardware store. Make sure the scale is Newton meters and ft. Lbs

JD just pulled my tensioner apart the bushings all look good and regreased them 80% we ride fresh water. When i grab the tensioner pulley it spins free BUT when i grab it i can move side to side maybe a 1/16 of an inch i am wondering if this bearing may be getting old 160 hours as i have a slight viberation feel in the handle bar grips (if that makes sense) between 40 and 50mph once hammered on its gone and below 40mph i don't feel it 🤔 could be in my head but thought i disassemble it and check. COULD that little bit play cause the vibration? I know steve sells tge complete kit but all my parts still look brand new mainly due to meticulous maintenance i do after every ride. Thanks for you opinion ahead of time sir.

I looked up that part number for the spring tool but seems nowhere to be found. Is it possible the part number is different?

Only helpful on Ultra modes or is there one for the STX?

Since the STX models are not currently supercharged, there is no need for this component- the tensioner applies only to Ultra 300 and 310 supercharged skis!
