thanks for the video that going to be my next big purchase a paint booth and i watch a few videos of it and i watch one for that spray booth for the water run straight you have to wax or cleaned with windex the plastic but yea for me as a beginner is to much to be handling when i paint. and in the video that i saw for this booth he made a little hole on the side for a drain plug for better and easier cleaning.

Either way, it's a lot of work for a beginner. It is a great product. But it requires a lot. Especially when painting for long hours

Thanks again for an objective review of a product that at first sight might be seen as the best option, but actually is a little more complex in reality. I appreciate your warning that it might not be the best option for a beginner and your opinion that it could be improved.

Most people believe that it is just a pour and go. However, it requires a lot more attention. Unlike the normal booth where you just swap the filter and keep going.

Thanks for the video, I was on the fence and might wait a bit for a different one. Seems like a headache if you spend hours painting. Having to switch water in the middle of a paint job is a bit off-putting for me.

I agree. 100%. It's just an extra task i gotta take care while painting. It works very well for short jobs. But you would still need to change the water before the next work.

First of all, thank you for your review video. I'd like to offer a friendly tip: you can use the included level to ensure that the paint booth is perfectly level, which will help achieve a flawless waterfall effect on the panels. We also found it a bit challenging during initial assembly, so maintaining a perfect level is crucial. We will continue to work on upgrading our products to make the user experience even more user-friendly.

Yeah, definitely not for beginners. It takes a lot of work while being used. I think that maybe for short term uses.

Is it not possible to add additional filter in the vat to prevent the paint blobs going to the waterfall?

Thank you for your comment. I haven't tried it. But it could be possible with a little tinkering.

Would love to hear an uodate on this, since neither of the two companies who were carrying it have it in stock I've found it online from the manufacturer of the booth.

I've been using it ever since. I do hate the inconvenience of having to dump the water after each paint session. But all in all, it has been good to me. Less fogging, it reduced the smell and less particles while spraying. Thank you for your comment. I would say that if you are doing minimal painting sessions. You can get away with leaving the water for a bit. Just add a few drops of dishsoap

@@animousworks well it's nice to see that you're still using it, I was thinking that if I were to buy it I'd drill a hole and put a valve in with a hose and run it through a filter system into a container, this way I could eventually reuse that water and heavily reduce the amount of refills I have to do. In the container have a water pump, drill an entry hole and place another tube and pump the fress water in. If I do get around to doing this I'll probably make a video, it might be useful for you or it could honestly just be a really stupid idea idk we'll see.

Id say that if there was a way to maintain the water clean at all times without having to disassemble, refill, rebalance. It would be perfect.

I usually spend hours painting at a time. So the wayer and filters don't last long

@@animousworks well thankfully I found this model on Alibaba, since Gaahleri doesn't have it in stock, I'll be buying it soon and then I can start building a filtering system around it, I'll definitely come back to this and comment once I've built a system I think it could take this and turn it into a truly amazing product.

my main concern is the fume smell from the lacquer when im painting. would you recommend the water curtain spray booth over a reg vented spray booth ?
@animousworks
@animousworks 10 ай бұрын
I do. I, it has greatly reduced fogging and smell. But you still need to make sure to wear a mask and have proper ventilation.

Seems like this would negatively add to humidity issues with primers and paints.

I can see that being a possibility. However, I never experienced it. I have since then upgraded to a bigger booth.
