I loved this episode as I have hiked in some of the areas you hiked plus Mama Cannes and Hope Village as Ras Ginga mentioned at the start. It is wonderful to be in the rain-forest, so tranquil apart from the sounds of the rivers, streams, waterfalls and the cracking of the bamboo. I can't wait to go back. The best thing about nutmeg is every piece of it is edible. The yellow part can be used to make jelly and jams, the mace and nutmeg seed can be used as spice 🇬🇩. I’m still waiting on the oildown video lol…but I will be patient until it drops 😂
