Waterfall wild swimming Pembrokeshire | Our first time wild swimming in Pembrokeshire, Wales

In this video, we spontaneously head to a beautiful hidden waterfall for our first time Wild Swimming in Wales, it was only a 40 minute drive proving anyone can go on an everyday adventure!
We both decided to go on a spontaneous road trip to the North part of Pembrokeshire Coast National Park to return to Fynnone Falls, a beautiful waterfall nestled deep in a wooded valley. The Pool at the bottom is so deep that it supposedly leads to the otherworldly realm of Annwn. This really is a Welsh Hidden Gem
It was a super cold day, and our hats go off to anyone who braves wild swimming in the cold. But I reckon for our first wild swim, we didn't do too badly!

I remember swimming in Scales Tarn, underneath Blencathera, almost 2 years ago, on a gloriously hot summers day and the water was still baltic, so very well done to you both! I must be honest and say I kept my head above the water but you are right on it being freeing and I found, very exhilarating too. Cheers Alan

That sounds like an awesome time! Maybe it's just an unwritten law of the UK, the waters of lakes and pools have to be Baltic 😂😂 As cold as it was, we've caught the wild swimming bug so we'll be heading to lots more places to take a dip!

Currently staying at St. Ann's head right next to the coastal path. This is such a beautiful area and comfort for the soul after having to miss out last year. I'm not sure I'd have the will power to tackle that cold water, though. You're both very brave. Or masochists!

It's a beautiful area for sure, can't beat it. St. Ann's head it a stunning part of it, Love the circular walk starting in Dale. The water was very cold, I think we'll have to take wetsuits next time!

It's such an awesome spot, well worth a look. There's a really cool 7 mile circular route that takes it in alongside some other hidden gems!
