Will the cruise liners have to dock in this wrong side of the river? The Fishguard Ferry used to come alongside at Merchants Quay. Being able to walk straight into the middle of town is important for the sort of tourists these small Norwegian cruise ships carry. They do not like to have to climb into coaches for the sake of a 1.5 km trip See 2022 pictures on Google Streetview of the ship on the wrong side of the river
