Great video! I have seen this property many times before listed in realty websites and loved it in the photos but never had the chance to see a video tour of it. Until now and it was definetely worth the wait! Thanks for allowing us to see this incredible villa, it sure is a departure of the modern mansions so popular nowadays that, even with a very luxurious and artistic feel, sometimes they give a hotel-like vibe. This one sure feel much more homey and the beach views are simply fantastic!!

utterly beautiful and the style is authentic throughout. i had a beachfront property down the road for a while ... bizarrely the sound of the mediterranean in the winter months put me off wanting another right on the beach as it's a bit like "white noise". this property and its complimentary furnishings is impressive for sure. great presentation. thanks.

Amazing house, but the metal frames around many windows suggest that the owner wasn't too sure of security, which beckons the question, how safe is the location of the home?

The owner also did put the cryptic metal frames around the price. So, he/she is probably just paranoid. Other than that, Marbella is known for getting lots of home break-ins/invasions - no matter the specific area. So, the bars on the windows are probably warranted to a degree. Considering the house is located just off the public street...

Probably the house which impresses the most if you walk from the direction of Marbesa to Marbella on the beach. The first thing what I saw, way back in 2015, walking that route, was that small Balinese type outside terrace cover, which was made of seemingly wood type material beams and a thatch roof. The house entails various different building styles, not only French but for sure Balinese and I wonder why a house like this is still for sale. The price was -correct me If I am wrong- 14M, but it shall be much more today, probably around the 18M figure!? I love the house due to its genuine character and the various, including Asian, elements you find back in the house and its also not that huge like most houses of this price tag, its somewhat ´cozy´. Good luck for Drumelia in selling it, I am sure you will find a buyer.
