They did the same thing in my city of Portland Maine to a child who had built a tree house that they deemed to be too big!

Seems like the perfect buyer for this property is a wealthy person who enjoys camping.

Nobody is homeless, my dear. Everybody, everywhere, is somebody, who lives somewhere. In a box, or beneath a bridge, next to a thermostat, within a fridge. In a barn, or in a car, in a capsule, upon a star. Wherever it is, we lay our head, the same will serve to be our bed. But if by chance, as we awake, we long from life, a better shake. To sample wine, and feast on cake; to call State Farm, and speak to Jake, We've only then, to change our heart, to plant the seed, and play the part, and if desire of our heart is real, we persue this goal with determined zeal, until at last, our goal we find, has become our present state of mind. God Bless You on your journey of discovery. ☺

If the owner can't sell it why not work out deal with the state? Like turn it into a tourist attraction.

$100,000 for a rock on the beach, what a steal. Then dump another 100 grand into the ocean on a house that can't be sold.... shear brilliance.

Not mentioned? The freaking landslide to the right of the Tree House! Notice how the earlier shot shows more vegetation and then the vegetation is gone and the sandy soil is exposed with rocks and boulders piled at the bottom? The lawyer/owner slashes the price? Get it? Here in Los Angeles, you can see empty hillsides near densely populated areas. Why not build up? Because those hills are gravel on top of sandstone. In the sixties, Malibu had broad swaths of expensive homes, cantilevered over PCH, stunning property, condemned because they were shifting down hill. People would find their new patios sinking, pools leaking, sidewalks buckling and their doors stuck. Excellent views....but kind of hard to sleep when you consider the possibility of a hill crashing on your head.

Out of curiosity, at 1.08 just right of the stairs, atop the rocks is playing tricks with my eyes. Is it a small whale skeleton or a random assortment of rock and driftwood?

Ooops! I clicked on this video, before I noticed who posted it. Had to quickly pause it, as soon as I saw that it was "Did You Know". Can't stand his narration style.

@marshalllhiepler
@marshalllhiepler 6 жыл бұрын
reply to: Yolanda Baldwin: It is, when you've seen a dozen or more of his vids. Not so bad, for the first few. But it becomes irritating once you realize that he narrates the exact same way, for each video. Go ahead. Make yourself a huge bowl of popcorn, and begin a non-stop "Did You Know" marathon. You'll be saying what I'm saying.
