************ ABOUT THIS VIDEO ************
We got our hands on two rubber man Stretch Armstrong toys and decided to do some fun experiments on them. The air cannon one was probably my favorite.
It was also pretty cool to see him cut in half and see the cool jelly cross section. Which one did you like best?
We really wanted to know what was inside, i thought it was either solid rubber or filled with corn starch or something. It was a surprising and fascinating answer.

Today kids we witness a man who is first crippled, then blasted by an air cannon, run over multiple times, and had his suffering finally ended by getting cut in half by water. As if that wasn't enough his body was then skinned, licked, and stretched into taffy. This is just brutal.

You CANNOT eat the insides of a Stretch Armstrong. The cornsyrup inside is non edible and mixed with other chemicals (ones that help retain its shape) that are highly toxic is large quantities aka biting a chunk out of it. Please make sure your kids and/pets don't chew into this one!

Armstrong has a corn syrup putty inside of it. It has an almost crystalline lattice that when stretched, it “remembers” what it’s shape was, and will eventually return back to normal. There are many videos explaining this phenomenon, I didn’t even go into huge detail at all 😂 Love your channel guys! Keep up the good work! ❤️

Tremendous quantities of Karo corn syrup were purchased from an A&P supermarket. The syrup was boiled down to get the proper viscosity. Kuhn and Horowitz flew to Kenner’s headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio, and presented the concept to Bernie Loomis, Kenner's president. He loved it and so a toy icon was born.
