with a compost loo, you can (if not well medicated) can be composted with your compost. I would not be without mine. To hide if any smell I use lavender either oil or crushed fresh dry lavender. But using plenty of sand dust or wood shavings I do not have much of problem with this

no, we have this in a static caravan.

You can install it in an rv. Much like the nature's head which is popular among rv users here in the US. All it needs is venting (if you're willing to drill a hole in your rv) and a power outlet. You can divert the urine to your grey tank. Most people tend to combine the black and grey once they install a composting toilet, which increases the grey tank capacity. Hope that made some kind of sense.

@@1nhonho thanks, we have ordered a nature’s head. Our camper is being custom made. We will have a grey tank but don’t think we will divert urine, just empty the bottle manually.

Do you do a toilet that has a holding tank for fluids?

I talked to the sales rep, he said the urine can go into a container or a grey water pit with the urine tube attachment. Grey water pit is easy, just a hole in the ground filled with gravel.
