I definitely don't like the idea of adding Garlic to this beautiful Watermelon Gazpacho Recipe but maybe a teeny weeny bit of vodka....What do you think Chef😁? hahaha yeah i think that would work!!! :D we are at about 28C now, with a 80% humidity. so cold food and drinks are much nicer to have! haha I try to make it easier for non English speakers to understand. Thank you very much Patrick! i hope you have a good weekend!!

I was craving it so much that I did enjoy some gazpacho for dinner. I didn’t think the melons were quite ripe enough so I went with traditional gazpacho. Then I had more for breakfast! 😀 Next time I want to try red bell pepper. I think I’d like the sweetness.
