I have done this to all my new bikes for years, well worth doing! I use the Mobil waterproof grease, the stuff Santa Cruz uses/used on their grease ports.

You've got some good advice.. I can see from your previous videos you're a good mechanic that thinks about what you're doing. It's always good to see other ways of doing stuff. A cordless mic would make your videos pretty much perfect.. the camera angles are good just need to keep your voice in one spot. Excellent content 👌.

Wont all the grease attract dirt?

Yes, if you don’t wipe the excess off. It will also creep in over time but personally I’d rather replace dirty grease every 6 months than spending $$$ replacing rusty frame bearings. Thanks Len

Can i use maxima for the chassis instead of that sticky red grease?
