I hear ya man I’ve got an issue with mine now but it’s leaking from the back bottom bolt near the side of the engine and the crappy part is the pump has only been on the truck for about two and a half years since my engine was rebuilt.

I have same problem. Make sure you don’t buy cheap water pump original only all of them they’re gonna start leaking after one year aftermarket.

How many hours it take u to do with this job? Did you buy Original water pump or aftermarket one.
