Great toilets, i put them in my house years ago, and added them to my sons condo last year. I have not had any problem with them and would highly recommend. sleek 1 pc design, strong flush, very reliable mechanical parts and unbelievable price for the quality. Top notch.

Good toilets. Have four. Flush and fill valves last three years. I have replaced all of them. Water ridge is great to deal with

Agree. Still going strong and the great flush does an amazing job of keeping the bowl clean.

How much does it cost for new valves ? Do they have to be from the original manufacturer ?

I have 3 of these in my house and some at apartments. Great Toilet. Unfortunately CostCo no longer stocks these in Maryland and Northern Virginia 😫

Still working like a charm. Definitely would recommend as it has a great flush. The only thing is that it is louder than any other toilets I've had but that doesn't bother us. The bowl stays cleaner than my previous Caroma dual flush.

Have you had any experience and thoughts with replacing the valve on this model? I was wondering if it would be tough to do consider the back design. Thanks.

I haven't had any issues with the valve and therefore do not have any experience with replacing it. Sorry I couldn't help.

Just purchased one but I'm concerned with the weight. I'm in my mid 60s and have to install it under a counter top. I have my son for now but as I age I might be alone if there are issues.

I have 2 and no complaints up to this point. They have a great flush which keeps the bowl clean. They are a bit loud but that doesn't bother us.
