Yes any inkjet or laser printer will work just make sure you get the right paper

The white paint is meant to keep the graphic true. Just like the printer paper is white. Once you peel the graphic off the white paper it becomes transparent. So the idea is to paint the board white so that the transparency will have the white under neath to bring the graphic to its true form. Without it, it doesn't look full.

I always primed the boards/decks white before hand. Brings out the color more vividly.

I find these so fascinating...I never can get mine right been trying for a while...most of the time the ink starts coming off like on my fingers and it tears before i can set it on the decks. What could it be, maybe I need to lacquer it more?

I woukd suggest maybe spraying another coat of acrylic clear sealer before dipping it into the water. I've also ran into that problem numerous times. Lmk if you need any help!
