unusual question - I have limited ceiling height where I'm planning to place it. What ceiling height would you say is the minimum needed?

That is an unusual one 😂 I have fairly low ceilings for a modern(ish) house, just over 7 foot, and I think I'm about at the lowest you'd want tbh. I can touch the ceiling with ease, of course it does depend on your height too I guess!

Hi Mike thanks for the video, wondering if the Wattbike atom is compatible to do the 6” and 30” Wingate test? Or is it only for the pro/trainer? Thanks keep up the good work!

Both tests are on the WattBike app which suggests that yes, you can use the Atom for them. That's as much as I know though!

what sweat cover are you using please, is it any good?

It’s just a cheapo Amazon one, it’s not a great fit so wouldn’t recommend it. I like the look of the vel one from sigma sports, I might try that next time I make an order, it’s not too expensive either!

I am a current user of the Elite Zumo how does the noise level compare?

I think the wattbike is louder, but the Zumo is a very quiet turbo!

Hi Ian, I have the Wattbike next generation model as well as the sound often I find is quieter than these videos make out. I live on the first floor in a flat and was concerned but I needn't be, it's totally not an issue. For me anyway, a washing machine or vacuum cleaner is much louder and I often do sprints early in the morning and it doesn't cause any issues as I've discussed this also with all my neighbours and they are fine with it.
