She was extremely patient with her daughters, even when they were screaming and crying right in her ear. It might not have clicked with you but the 'complaining' and the videos were a marketing strategy. It may not have been the best idea to put children in your videos selling Thrive, but those were the times. Social media and Facebook were becoming popular tools to market product. She wasn't genuinely complaining about her girls. She was trying to paint thr picture of the busy mum getting by by using Thrive. It's very obvious to anyone who's not trying to find any excuse to trash her.

She's 16 months old and doing her best to learn without a parent helping her. You can't be present with your child and playing and teaching them if you are constantly on a live stream. "Hot dog, yes.. can you put it away?" She is playing, your house is clean and you keep telling her to clean rather than play? But thank God you're thriving!!!!!!!! Than says "why do I bother 🙄" with that duper's delight smile. She's trying to convince us that her life is so crazy, and she just couldn't do it without this crack in a patch product. 🙄🙄🙄 I would have to say that "Thrive" is not giving her the greatest patience like she claims. Bella is so loving and caring for CeCe, such a good big sister, yet gets told no when she's trying to look after her. She says "I think they're getting bored with you guys" ya no shit, they are toddlers, they want their mom's attention and play time in their own home, not to be constantly filmed and scolded for trying to learn through play. This is one of the only videos I've seen where both the girls aren't running from the camera or trying to hide from it the entire time. They didn't like being constantly filmed and constantly having to "say hi" to a bunch of thrived out strangers. And for some reason she gets that duper's delight smile when she knows her children don't want to be filmed, she scolds them in front of an audience, she talks about them like they are terrors,, literally calling them monsters and saying that she couldn't do it without thrive. 🙄 The thrive thing is so annoying. Just observations. Then at the end of the video she says I've got to go get Cece before she falls down the stairs, then she proceeds to sit there and live stream for another 5 minutes, making sure to film CeCe on the stairs while saying "get down! *Gasp*" but is still sitting there on her live making sure that if anything were to happen she would capture it on camera and then credit thrive for giving her this Almighty patience that she doesn't appear to have. ''Look at her kid fall down the stairs, thank God she has thrive!'' 😐 I wonder where the other adult is in this video? Because it's a well-known fact that she had to be supervised when she was with the children. She had an open CPS case, hence the children going to daycare or to Grandma and Grandpa's for 6 weeks at a time. She couldn't be left alone with them until after the CPS case was closed. I know that she's deceased and no longer here to defend herself, and I apologize, but if that doesn't tell you something.. I don't know what will. Disclaimer: I absolutely do not believe that ANY of them should have died, and that includes Shannon, no matter how much I disagree with her. She absolutely did not deserve that. Chris was a douchebag and a weak man. Those girls were such sweet babies, so well behaved. I respect that she was 'trying' to support her family.... And the little bit of time she did spend with them she _constantly_ complained about them: "They're wild. They're monsters. They're a hot mess." After her parents moved out she kept them in daycare 9 hours a day even tho she was supposedly a stay-at-home Mom. Then put them to bed almost as soon as they got home, at 6:30 pm before the sun even went down. Drugged them every night with Tylenol and Benadryl to make them sleep. And yet people continue to praise her as an "amazing" and "wonderful" mother. Nope.

She was always complaining and the girls heard her, they probably thought they were naughty all the time. Someone was always with her, apparently she wasn’t allowed to be by herself with them. CW would have to pick them up from daycare too, get home from work, change clothes and car then pick them up, he was the one who bathed them and read them stories before she gave them Tylenol and Benadryl every night! Then off to bed then come morning and CW was the one who got the girls breakfast ready and their school bags and laid out their clothes. Why couldn’t she do those things?! But people insist on saying what a great mother. And she says mummy wasn’t a good mummy before Thrive! Give me a break, as if some patch would give her patience.

I know Shanann talks about how Thrive made her be a good Mom, patient with CeCe, etc but that was part of her marketing it. . I'm not sure she really, truly thought that. I'm sure life off camera was quite a bitdifferent. While I do think there was some unusual parenting here, someone could also come into my home and say the same. Regardless of what people thought of Shanann, she absolutely did not deserve to be murdered by that monster. I just cannot imagine murdering my child. That is a whole other level of evil

@Kala Gorsegner what are you even talking about?! First of all I'm talking about how Shanann had a job and that job was to market Thrive. People take what she says literally, instead of realizing this is how she supported her family. Part of that job is talking about how wonderful thrive is and exaggerating that. We all parent different and that's okay. These kids looked to be relatively well cared for. Also how would you know what my child looks like and what relevance does that have to my comment?! You sound like your 12 years old so I'm not arguing with a child. If you're not 12, your emotional and mental health is comparable to that of a 12 year old.

well she is dead now, murdered by her own husband. humans are imperfect. we grow and learn and change as we age. unfortunately shannan was not given the opportunity to keep growing and reflecting. so criticism isn’t just unnecessary at this point, it’s unkind and an indication of a lack of class and a lack of warmth. i hope you have the opportunity to grow and do better as you age. some ppl had that opportunity taken from them.

My abusive ''Dad'' (I refuse to call him that) is one of them. He's 76 and I can't wait for the day I will finally get that phone call from someone telling me that his lousy ass is dead. He has brought my late mother and I nothing but misery and I no longer see him. Thankfully, he lives 7 hours away from me.

She's the frickin poorest excuse for a Mother I've ever seen. Children need to be allowed to play. I never seen anything as ridiculous as this clip. The children are still playing with the toys, why the hell is she picking them up. Normal people wait until the end of the day, then pick up the toys before bedtime. She had no business giving birth. She complains about normal toddler behavior, then she gets herself pregnant again in an attempt to keep her husband who was not in love with her anymore. If she would have just moved on when things went sour, she and her girls would still be present on this earth.
