Dayum… this thing is the FAT Machine!! VERY interesting. Really good choice of material to highlight how it sounds. 😎👍

Sarah Carter likes this on guitars. I gave it a try and totally agree.

Hey did you know when you have the plugin turned on without any adjustment there's a boost to the low end? It's a thing that the Helios did naturally!

Biggest reason to buy this. The thumb when you engage 60 Hz

I tried it recently on a mastering session, which it isn't designed for, but I liked the results anyway.

It shows the mac peak value of the output (up or down 12dB) and its distance from 0dBFS. When you click on it it will reset to 0 and apply the differential to the output trim.

Hi enjoyed watching. Question would the HLS typically be inserted after an instance of a amp sim or before?

Typically after the amp sim

Just discovered your channel due to a search for more hands-on reviews of the Kramer HLS. Thanks for providing this information. My only complaint: I wish you had actually said what the “TR” label stands for instead of just saying it “means cut.” To be specific, it actually means “trough,” which is the opposite of a peak. I can imagine a lot of viewers wondering why Waves would choose the initials “TR” to mean “cut”...
