Hey Donisha, most of the time, an OB/GYN will tell you it’s ok to have one cup of coffee a day, to just not have more than 200 mg of caffeine per day, which is a 12 ounce cup of coffee (or 2 coffees that’s 6 oz). But all doctors can be different so of course it’s best to talk to your doctor first to be safe. Just thought this may help ❤ When I was carrying my daughter, I can remember how incredibly happy I was that I could drink one glass of ice tea with caffeine per day lol. I didn’t drink it everyday but in my last trimester, like you said, I was finding myself so tired I was struggling to get thru an entire day, even if I had already had my daily nap (yep I believe in those daily naps, that’s what helped me the most, I’m talking clothes laying beside the bed, tucked under covers with my fan on high 😂 lol)

Those pork chops look so very hummy! Though, unfortunately, Ms. Lady, coffee beans, organic, decaf & vegan naturally contain caffeine.
