Neck pickup works better for the same reason it works better on an Octafuzz - it’s a less complicated waveform than from the bridge pickup

Haha you are right, pretty standard combo imo. This pedal is great though, mines on the way. I tried it out in a music store locally and was blown away but here they sell it for almost twice the price I find it online so.. simply ordered it.
