😳 This all suddenly makes sense... so many of these characters have been acting in ridiculous ways. Exaggerations of their lesser natures. It's probably entirely Onslaughts doing but I hope that his manipulation is the explanation and not just the writers writing out character actions of people purely to create tension. Fantastic device, using Onslaught this way. It seemed like everyone was all of a sudden embracing their inner villain, making choices that could only lead to conflict.

My thought is that David / Legion is making a "waiting room for heroes" think like Val Hala for their Psychi or soul. A monument to memory all the best moments of mutant sacrifice for each other. Been an excellent run. Look forward to more of their work with the X titles I have heard awesome things on the horizon

Ever since I got back into X comics with HoX/PoX I've been waiting for Nightcrawler to get the spotlight and Spurrier more than delivered. I never thought too much about Legion besides thinking he was an interesting concept but I really enjoyed how he was done in this series. Also getting the Xorns in on the side action was super fun.

Really liked how the scene of nightcrawler, Fabian and lost free falling and having a convo about resurrection calls back to the first issue when nightcrawler was free falling with pixie and the rest of the mutants. This issue was amazing. I really felt the messaging and the action. I was getting a little bored with the series but it ended very well.

That’s what I’m betting. Legion is the only one who knows what’s going on and can actually do something about it. He’s going to have to because nightcrawler is now a victim of Onslaught, Fabian has been attacked, and practically everyone else is useless except for the Xorn brothers and they don’t even know what’s going on.

Onslaught is probably mutantkind's own Hulk. He started out as part of Xavier and Magneto, someone who was always there, but now he's a part of, and perhaps rebirth from, every mutant, except perhaps Legion who seemed to simply transfer his mind to a body, instead of a memory backup. He's mutantkind's Frankenstein monster because they tampered with something that they shouldn't have. That they're like the Eternals who recently found out the price for their immortality. You know, this would perhaps explain Beast's behavior.

Wait, so the book is over already? After FIVE issues? Ugh! This looks good BUT, THIS is Fabian Cortez? He was always a cowardly, heartless sociopath and he really should stay that way. He’s not the least bit noble or redeemable, and this feels like a real downgrade for him. Ugh! But this was a pretty good take on Nightcrawler and Legion (Come to think about it, didn’t this issue end pretty much the same way that Spurier’s X-Men Legacy series ended?). Hopefully this gets picked up on in the future.

I think Legion created a Mutant safe haven. A type of Krakoan “Panic Room” dimension where Mutants can run to if Krakoa faces danger. Nightcrawler gains my admiration for going to extremes in order to help Krakoa. He’s willing to kill and even use a drug-like power in order to boost his own to save others. Fabian’s powers are like Hope Summers’ but had a drug-like addiction. I respect a priest who would use that as a way of saving others.

This is such a dumb story. The religion aspect is about a year late in the Krakoa story and NO ONE want Onslaught back. The worst part is this is just a silly side book where Legion and the Xorn twins are hunting Onslaught...and it is have absolutely zero impact on any other book. That's a ridiculous concept and really shows the disaster the X-Books are heading towards without Hickman guiding them.

I hope this Onslaught Revelation isn't a one of, but I don't think it'll be the end of Krakoa just yet. Whether he survives this I don't know (I hope so), but it'll diffidently keep everyone busy as those in the shadows do eventually do bring Krakoa down.
