SEMA 2022 Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator Truck New Parts and Accessories at the Show DAY 3

Cindy and I kicked off Day 3 of the 2022 SEMA Show over at the first and biggest display you come across, as soon as you enter the Off Road hall - Truck Hero! There, we checked out some of the new bumpers, skid plates and other products that Rugged Ridge has coming out, as well as a new long arm suspension system that Superlift had and miscellaneous cladding that Bushwacker had. We then made our way over to Bestop where learned about a new hard top removal and storage service provided by JOIIIO. From there, we visited Quake to see their new lights and controllers and then stopped over at Apex Chassis to learn about their Jeep steering system. Another stop we made was to Acumen as they had a cool new rear view mirror that doubles as a dash cam, reverse cam AND more importantly, a switch system. Last but not least, we finished up our day over at SendCutSend, a company that I use on a regular basis and one that I think a few of you might be able to use as well.

you get a soft top in the cost.... which is pretty reasonable And storage units are like $100-200 a month... so i think that math is in Jolllo's favor honestly

Here in Montreal we already have one company that you can store your hardtop and soft top for 500 Canadian a season and they remove and install.

How much does a soft top cost? I think it’s a decent deal for people with money, people who aren’t mechanically inclined, chicks, etc. Especially useful for women who don’t wanna do the labor or lifting!

That Acumen is nice to control it all from your rear view mirror is crazy and you can save that video, I wish it was a build in dash cam or cabin cam as well, but overall a great product!!! I see them getting very big with ideas like that

Actually, I should have clarified in the video that it is a dash cam as well and comes with both front and rear facing cameras. You can kind of see it in the video that the mirror can even be set in split view to see both.

I'm proud of the fact I provided original roof brackets for my 1924 one ton Ford TT C-cab truck. They are extremely rare. Took over a decade for me to find all 8 of them. I loaned them to my friend. He made specific jigs to repoduce identical to original. Now he sells full sets. It is a limit group restoring them but Atleast it is correct.

The electric Dodge Charger sounds like it lost the warbling deep gurgle sound. It's the exciting part of owning a muscle car, along with the power output. So with the electric, the power is easily taken care of. Now if they could just fix the growl a little bit, it'll be a winner.

They are made by Rugged Ridge and do a great job of flush mounting in the lights. I wanted to cover it more but Lee was in need of finishing things up as they were about to film their own video with their in house celebrity.

I don't think this service is so much about the money or time but rather, it's a matter of storage space. Not everyone lives in a house with a garage. For people in an apartment or condo, a service like this can be beneficial.
